Bubbles...ooh, la la!

I admit it. Wednesday night hosted the second bubble bath of my life. The first one was last year, provided by Christina, a delicious bottle of exquisite bubbles, given to me on my 29th birthday, while she cared for Isabela in the Cardiovascular ICU. I told her then, five years ago, that I would wait to enjoy it once I made it home with Isabela and I resurfaced. Yeah, it took four years for my chin to make it above water, but that bath happened, nonetheless. So, back to my second one, from last night. Because I don't take the time to stop and relax, Crystal decided to do it for me.

As I was about to commence a common night of PreK homework, Crystal whisked me away to my bathroom retreat, confiscated my iPod for appropriate mood and let me have first glance of the Lucky Fashion Magazine that I always reserve for her to thumb through first. AND she assisted Isabela with a school art project! (whew!)

The bubble bath's aroma was beautiful, the brand-new loofah was nice to the touch, Chris Botti easily touched the core of my heart, the candles softened my spirit, but Crystal was the one who was really my "healing garden".
