At the first stab, Isabela cut into the trinket ( figurine of Jesus Christ). She got a kick out of it, but quickly distracted herself with dipping her sweet bread in the traditional Abuelita Chocolate. While eating, we asked our fellow table companions what kind of tamales they would like for February 2. It's the thing to do. She Found the baby! But, even equally fun for her was getting home to open more gifts.
I think we can now say Christmas Festivities are over. Now to focus on all HE did with his life, for OUR life.
