While I was Sleeping..

Sam has decided that because I don't go into my part-time, paying gig on Mondays and Fridays, he would quietly get Isabela out of bed, into her school uniform, and drop her off at school on those days. Just the mere attempt of his production with taming Isabela's curls is impressive enough. While I am so overjoyed with my morning sleep-ins, waited 5 yrs for this, I must declare today that I need to go over a FAQ with Sam on what to do and what to NOT do when assembling our little girl for school.

I was horrified when I picked her up from school! Isabela got into her Valentine Day cards' body tattoos. She has become quite the expressive little girl when it comes to adorning herself with creative fashion. Nonetheless,
horrified. But, I know Isabela cherished every minute of showing them off to her classmates. If it weren't for her Papi, she would have missed out on all those ooh's and ahhh's today. And when you are 5 yrs old, that's just what it takes to trigger your heart.
