Peeps

This weekend, my father-in-law treated us to Luby's for lunch. I had the only thing I really eat there - liver! Sammy was curious to see if Isabela would share my fondness for the only food he has asked me to never entertain on our stove. Unbelievably, she denied a second bite. She eats anything and everything. This evening, though, she has made me proud....loved Peeps! My most favorite holiday candy. Sammy surprised me tonight with bunnies and chicks. Isabela hovered over them and looked over to Crystal's coleslaw and said "Crystal, don't' eat that. Eat this!" It was horribly cute coming from a little girl who adores her veggies. I am glad the Peeps won her heart over just like it has done for me every year!
