Today, I decided to preserve the sight of what I see when I walk into Crystal's room. I walk into her room every time she is at school, with friends or downstairs. I get to feel her energy that I yearn for when she's not with me. Today, she took Isabela to the lake to see Isabela's friends, the ducks. As they are busy with "sister bonding time", I thought I'd hang out in her room and practice what it will feel like when she's away at college. As I looked around her room, I wondered what she would take with her....wishing she could take me with her, too. :-(
On Desk: hair straightener, ipod w/ home, Bare Minerals make-up, cordless telepone, laptop, photo of friend, her 8th grade head sculpture with her Indian inspired curtains overlooking the Queen Palms.
